At All Hearts No Spades, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want your experience with us to be seamless from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives.

Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that unexpected delays (such as courier issues, weather conditions, or festive congestion) are beyond our control, but we will always support you in resolving them.

Custom Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Exchanges

We understand that fit matters. If a product does not fit you as expected, you may. Exchange it for the same style in a different size, or Exchange it for a different product in your correct size. Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 days of delivery. All exchanged items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product has been received damaged or defective. Such issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. For all other return requests, we offer a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount. Store credit will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be redeemed against any future purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or defective products where a replacement is not possible due to the product being out of stock. Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. For all other cases, a store credit or exchange will be provided as outlined above.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled any time before they have been shipped. If your order was placed with pre-payment, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may explore our exchange and return options as outlined in our policy.
